The Acadiana Crime Laboratory is seeking applicant to fill Forensic Scientist position specializing in the field of Firearms and Toolmark Examination; Footwear, Tire, and other Impression Evidence; and Fingerprint Development.  The Acadiana Crime Lab serves an 8 parish (county equivalent) area in South Central Louisiana, and is ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accredited.  Starting salary is at $53,002 for 1 year of relevant experience (higher salary with additional years of experience).
