Do you recognize this 380 Auto pistol?
«

Do any of my AFTE brothers & sisters recognize this 380 Auto firearm? I am trying to assist an officer
, and the only legible marking is the caliber.
We do not have anything similar in our firearms reference collection (also looked through our 9mm). I also scanned every make (not model) in the FRT of 380 Autos that had an image available.
Thank you for your time.

'Guess I'm supposed to know 380s, but I don't recall ever having seen that pistol.
My best guess would be based on black-painted finish (Davis), slide (Davis), trigger (Davis), rear sight (Davis), one-screw grip panels (Davis), and extractor pin (Davis). If the breechface marks are of the "arched" variety, I'd say it was designed in Stockton, CA.
(At least, the
right
side was).

It is in fact in the FRT when the Make is put in.

Interesting, well-made blank gun, made in Turkey. All-metal with a magazine that might fit—
and work
—in a Walther/MKE.
The above video-review
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S8MRxn5IzE8
advises they were available in Canada for $100CDN.
