I believe this round was made in 1967. Beyond that I'm not sure of the caliber.

It looks like an Iraqi 303 British h/s. Also note the purple primer annulus = Mark VII ball load. Iraqi 303 cartridges apparently were very British looking, as discussed in Ken Elk's "Ammunition with Turkish and Arabic Markings". That triangle mark with the sqwiggle and dot next to it signifies it as Iraq ammo.
