Looking for an article in the Journal of ASTM international July 1993, Vol 38, issue 4 regarding the use of magnesium fuming and tool marks.
If you could email me or post it here that would be great!!
Thanks

I took a quick run through the ASTM Journal Index, and didn't see anything that looked like it was going to line up date/volume/issue-wise. Could it be this article in the July 1993, Vol 38, issue 4 issue of the Journal of Forensic Science?

Jerry,
You probably already looked here, but there is an AFTE Journal article on magnesium smoking. It is Smoking a Bullet in Volume 9, Number 2, page 128 by R. Janneli and G. Geyer.

Thanks. It was the Journal of Forensic Science. I found what I was looking for. If there is an interest by anyone, send me an email and I will be happy to send it in PDF format
When I did the search on the AAFS web site the results came back to ASTM and I figured that it was the ASTM Journal.

Thanks. I already have that article as well as the AFTE procedural guide regarding MG smoke

Understood. I've also been confused by that before.
