What specifically are you asking?
-
Have you ever seen a 9 mm Luger bullet, fired from Beretta pistol (1951, 92. 93 etc.), which have 6 land marks, right twist and 1.7-1.9 mm width?

I just pulled the first Beretta 92FS I could see in our collection, test-fired it and measured the GRC. The land impressions were all 1.8 mm or a touch over (Not to 1.9 mm mark). So I guess the answer from me is "Yes". Do I win a prize?
The groove impressions were 2.8 mm.

A search of Scott Doyle's GRC file lists both the Beretta 92F Compact and the 92FS when searching LI widths of 1.8mm and GI widths of 2.8mm (thanks for the GI width Shane).

Not my data, just my interface for searching through the data.
It appears from the data that the wider land widths were all model 92F, 92FS, or 92F Compacts. They were added to the database in a Reference ID range of 20151-20938. I'm not sure when this would have been. We may be able to contact the FBI to find out more about these pistols.
The specific ID #'s are:
20151
20369
20814
20892
20893
20894
20895
20938
