The PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY POLICE DEPARTMENT Forensic Services Division, Firearm Examination Unit, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced firearm examiner, grade P24, in it’s Firearm Examination Unit. The Firearm Examination Unit is a medium size state-of-the-art facility with modern equipment, Forensic (digital) Imaging and Information System (FiiS), NIBIN/IBIS station, an indoor firearms range, water recovery system, and an extensive firearm collection totaling 1300 firearms from all over the world.
We are located east of Washington, DC with mild winters, and west of Annapolis near the Eastern Shore. We offer great beaches; plenty of fishing, hunting, sport shows, sporting teams, cultural arts, and a varied social life with many other attractions.
