Countdown to AFTE 2015!

(1/1)

Charles Clow:
We are less than 80 days away! The AFTE 2015 Host Committee is working feverishly to ensure that attendees have an informative and entertaining week.

We have a couple of dates approaching that you need to be aware of.

March 13th will be the last day of Early Registration! After this date Members will pay $450 vs. $395 and Non-Members will pay $500 vs. $450. So get online and register.

There are still a lot of great workshop opportunities available, but they are filling up quickly so get on and get registered!

Submissions for the Technical Session will be accepted through April 24th. The sooner you submit an abstract, the better.

While there is no end submission date listed on the webpage for Posters, if you submit on or before April 24th, you will be guaranteed that your poster title will be listed in the program.

Don't forget to sign up for our Movie Night at the Texas Theater and the Sixth Floor Museum Event. Both are educational events, entertaining events. All of your friends are going . . . so you should go too  ;).

Look forward to seeing you all Dallas very soon!

Charles

Charles Clow:
Just to clarify, payment for your registration needs to be received or postmarked by March 13th in order to receive the early registration price. If it is not received or postmarked by this date, it will be increased to the late registrarion price.

Stacey,

Yes, any payment method used must be received or postmarked by that date (March 13, 2015) in order to receive the early registration price.  After that date, all unpaid registrations will be increased to the late registration price.
