AFTE 2015 Room Cancellations

If you anticipate needing to cancel your current room reservation at The Fairmont Hotel, please let me know before you cancel.....and before MAY 3.
I want to ensure canceled rooms are returned to the AFTE room block and NOT the hotel general inventory.
