Topic: AFTE 2018 Hotel Sold Out for Saturday 6/2 - Overflow Hotel Open

The 2018 host hotel, Charleston Marriott Town Center is currently sold out for the Saturday (before) June 2nd. There are still rooms available the rest of the week as of right now but not that many since this is a smaller hotel than past years booked. We have already secured a second hotel and will post their information on the AFTE website by the beginning of next week. In the meantime, I have posted the main information you would need below to book.

I will continue to monitor the room block at the Marriott and if there any cancellations I will email those at the Holiday Inn Express if you would like to be moved over. Also, if you know you would like to be on a waiting list for the host hotel please email me at afte2018@gmail.com 

The Holiday Inn Express hotel is still directly across the street from the convention center (just opposite from the side where the host Marriott hotel is located). Please be aware of any events such as the Sunday Welcome Reception, Bring your own slides presentations night, and Sunday/Friday workshops will be located in the Marriott hotel.  All location information will be listed in your registration packet but everything will still be within about a block and a half. I have attached an image that shows general location of both hotels in regards to the conference location in the Civic Center convention center.
