Anyone knows this headstamp on a .50 cartridge?.

Sword and Palm tree symbol denotes that this cartridge  is "Saudi  Military Property"

It looks like an old Saudi Arabic Cartridge.
The numbers 0V means 57 and the numbers 0. means 50.
