The Alameda County Sheriff's Office (in the San Francisco Bay Area) has an open position listing for Criminalist I to go along with the Criminalist II and Criminalist III postings from a couple of weeks ago (previous post is three down on the message board). There are multiple openings in the laboratory in the sections of firearms, seized drugs, DNA and crime scenes.
