Do you want to shoot guns for a living?
Do you want to be a part of a rapidly-expanding and growing Firearms Detail, lab and city?
Do you have a Bachelor's Degree in a hard science? Do you know someone who does? (New grads welcome, no experience required. Best candidates will have experience shooting and assembling/disassembling firearms.)
We are currently recruiting to create a list to potentially hire some NIBIN TECHS!!!! This is not a Forensic Firearms examiner position. Should openings occur in our casework lab, interested NIBIN Techs would be required to apply and compete for these vacancies along with all other applicants. NIBIN Techs swab guns and magazines for DNA, test fire evidence firearms, screen evidence cartridge cases for class characteristics, enter test fired and evidence cartridge cases into NIBIN, view correlations and write reports.
Our list will be good for 18 months and will be used to fill any new positions or vacancies that arise.
