Thought this one was interesting as it was secured underneath the slide and behind the cover plate, so there wasn't the obvious box coming out of the end of the slide.

How is it attached?  What holds it in place??

It appeared like it was partially heated up and pushed into the slide cover plate, but mostly there was some kind of clear adhesive. I did not see any evidence of it being soldered. It was hard to tell as I could not get the cover plate off though.


I know I've used E6000 adhesive to hold all kinds of things together though  :)
