Is anyone else having issues with reserving rooms for the conference?

Jill, my boss had an issue, he was trying to reserve 3 rooms at the same time.  System wouldn't allow that so he had to do 3 separate reservations and then it worked.

The hotel online reservation would not let me book a room past Friday (Saturday departure).  Will there not be any workshops on Friday this year?

Greetings!
   If you are having trouble booking a reservation at the Marriott that includes Friday night, please limit your reservation to Thursday in order to make sure you get the block. Then please email Christy Andrews at HBR1 (candrews@helmsbriscoe.com).  We have a limited number of rooms for Friday night, so the hotel reservation site may reject the whole reservation if there is no Friday availability. They are releasing rooms for Friday a few at a time, so we may be able to extend your stay by going directly with the hotel.


   Additionally, we are trying to limit the Friday workshops to the morning, so that you can still participate and get a later flight out of the Atlanta Airport. The hotel is happy to hold luggage if you need to check out and participate in a Friday morning workshop.
