Interesting to see that they are equipped with primers produced by Companhia Brasileira de Cartuchos.

I visited the CBC Factory in Brazil last year.  It is quite possible that the cartridges was manufactured by CBC.  The primer inside the cartridge is consistent with primers CBC uses for "in house" manufacturing/loading.  CBC does sell primers for reloading and commercial manufacturing, but they are marked differently.  The photographs below shows what the primers made for reloading/re manufacturing look like. CBC does produce ammunition for other manufacturers with "non CBC" headstamps.
