I think this would be great.  Will get more details.  I am sure most of you would support this.

I didn't recognize the initials OGCA.  I am guessing that means the Ohio Gun Collector's Association.

Good morning everyone . . . I was asked to post the following by C. Rodney James.

CMC

Goddard Stamp project Update.

I was gratified by the response to the effort to nominate Calvin H. Goddard for placement of a U.S.P.S. commemorative postage stamp.  The petition at the AFTE 2011 registration desk  garnered 154 signatures. Several people approached me to point out that others in their labs (not present at the meeting) would like to support this effort. If we are successful, Goddard will be the first forensic scientist so honored.  Here's what to do.

1. On a piece of Lab Letterhead
2. Type " We the undersigned support the placement of Calvin Goddard, Father of Forensic Firearms  Examination, on a commemorative postage stamp.
3. Signatures should be accompanied by home address. (Printed name optional)
4. Mail this to :
C. Rodney James
2571 T.R. 180 Fredericktown, OH 43019-9421

The stamp committee only considers written documents  (no emails! stamps pay for their services)

Thank you for your support,

C. Rodney James
