Topic: SWGGUN Daubert Resource Folder

The Scientific Working Group for Firearms and Toolmarks (SWGGUN) is currently assembling a Daubert Resource Folder on the SWGGUN website (www.swggun.org).  This folder will contain materials to assist FA/TM Examiners in preparing for a Daubert challenge.  SWGGUN asks that any materials that might be helpful in this effort!be forwarded to the AFTE/SWGGUN webmaster, Scott Doyle, at jsdoyle@firearmsid.com. 

The types of materials that could be helpful include, but are not limited to, Daubert challenge court citations, court transcripts, Power Point Presentations, questions and possible answers, and reference lists that contain citations to articles that defend specific types of examinations. 

The Resource Folder, once assembled, will undoubtedly be an invaluable tool for any FA/TM Examiner that is facing a Daubert Challenge.
