Resemblance of primer residues to benign particles
« on: October 06, 2013, 03:17:14 PM »
I read in some articles that there are brake pads that shed particles resembled to primer's GSR particles, meaning, containing Lead, Barium and Antimony (PbSbBa).
I would like to get some information about the differences between the two types.
Thank you.

My co-worker, John Giacalone (pronounced Jack A Loney) is well versed in this.  He had presented and researched the whole brake pad thing.  You can call him at the lab 907 269-5740 or email john.giacalone@alaska.gov.
