AFTE 2015 Deadlines!!!

Several Deadlines are quickly approaching! Please plan accordingly.

·         Presentation Abstract Submission Deadline – April 24, 2015
 
·         Photo Contest Entry Submission Deadline – April 24, 2015
 
·         Workshops must be paid in FULL by May 1, 2015 or you will be cancelled from the workshop.
 
·         Registration payments must be paid in FULL by May 24,  2015. Payments will be accepted at the registration desk.
 
·         The Fairmont Hotel Reservation deadline – May 3, 2015
 
·         The Adolphus Hotel Reservation deadline – May 7, 2015
 
·         Garry Rathman Memorial Golf Outing at TopGolf Deadline – May 8, 2015
 
·         Advance Registration Deadline for City Tours – May 15, 2015
 
For planning purposes, we have established deadlines for the following events as well:
·         Poster Session Submission – May 15, 2015
·         Sixth Floor Museum Event – May 15, 2015
·         Movie Night at Texas Theatre – May 15, 2015
·            Jerry Petillo Memorial Gun Run – May 15, 2015
 
Refund Policy:
·         Registration Cancellation: A full refund will be guaranteed if confirmed notification is received on or before May 17, 2015. After that date, refunds will be provided if sufficient funding is available.
·         Workshop Cancellation: A full refund will be guaranteed if confirmed notification is received on or before May 17, 2015 or if the workshop position is filled and paid by another participant. After that date, refunds will be provided if sufficient funding is available.

You can sign up for those events by logging in to your original registration.  Once you're logged in, under the "edit" heading, click on "Attendee Information."  On the next screen, click "The Extras" tab at the top.  On that page you will be able to add the quantity of tickets you would like for the evening events.
 
If someone else completed your registration on your behalf and you do not have the ability to log in to your registration, you can email me today at afte2015.reg@gmail.com with the events you would like to attend and the quantity of tickets you need.  You can pay for those events upon your arrival at the meeting, or you can call with your credit card information.

Movie night - $15
Sixth Floor Museum event - $35
