Bullet description question

[size=78%]While going through our old ammunition collection, we ran across the following pulled bullet and cartridge case and we are wondering how to properly describe the bullet.  Describing the bullet as a   FMJ or semi-jacketed is inappropriate if using AFTE Glossary definitions.   The headstamp reads: PETERS 38 S&W SPL.   Any suggestions - thanks[/size]
