Dinner Selection

AFTE Admin:
Attention all AFTE 2016 attendees.  We need you to log into your AFTE 2016 registration (hopefully you remember your password) and make a selection (at the bottom of the "Personal Information" tab) for the banquet on Thursday night.  The dinner selections are as follows:

Grilled Beef Tenderloin, Au Gratin potatoes, Haricot Verts, Charred Peppers, Port Wine Reduction

Pecan Crusted Gulf Fish, Spicy Brussel Sprouts, Baby Sweet Peppers, Herb Quinoa Pilaf, Bourbon Buerre Blanc

Vegetarian Plate

Do you happen to know what the vegetarian dinner selection is?

AFTE Admin:
Sorry,  I do not.  I'm guessing it will be based on what the chef has on hand that day.

Jeff Goudeau:
Yes, the vegetarian option will be based on what is available that week.  They informed me this is typically what they do to ensure freshness.
