Any way a workshop schedule could get added to the website so those can be scoped out prior to actually getting into registration?

Do you have the cost of Goddard Night Tickets and Workshop costs?

Jane Whitworth

Love the logo as well! What kind of swag will you be selling?  I searched but couldn't find the shopping section!  :D  I'm not sure if I'll be attending this one and may get my co-workers to pick up a shirt and other items.

Thanks!

The website has been updated with the prices for the workshops under Schedule.

We have shirts and hoodies available for purchase which will be given out at the conference. We will try to add those to the website, otherwise they are on the registration page for attendees to view.

Thank you for all the great feedback!

Challenge coin designs are still in the works, but we should have extra coins and shirts for sale at the conference.  If you aren?t able to attend, find a buddy that will keep an eye out since these items may go quickly!!

In what way will the seminar be "app-based"?
The views expressed here do not necessarily reflect the views of anyone, anywhere, ever - including the author.

Ally Anderson

What we mean by an app-based seminar, is that we will have a custom app that you can download on your phone specific to our conference.  There will still be a black and white printed booklet of the technical session provided.  This will include only the technical sessions titles, authors, and abstracts.  The printed version will not be updated with last minute technical session changes that may arise.  Therefore, we will have a conference app that will have the calendar of events, electronic workshop documents, current/updated technical session schedule with title/author/abstract, workshop room assignments, vendor information/map, etc.  The app will allow us to send out updates to the schedule or room changes with limited confusion. It'll also allow us to post announcements that may be missed while you are out of the technical session room in a workshop, visiting vendors, etc.

I hope this helps!
