Expert Witness Fee Schedule
«
on:

I have been tasked with coming up with a Fee Schedule for a judge in a case that I was contacted about. Does any of our members that do private work for the courts have fee schedules that they send to the courts? If so, please Message me.
Thanks!

Tori,
Generally, at least in California and some other states, there is a limit of $200.00. Attached is my fee for services.

After I retired from TN, before starting to work for FBI, I charged $500 for a court appearance. Nobody questioned it.
