My lab recently received a completed JSD Supply MUP-1 fire control unit (FCU) that was placed into Sig Sauer components to make a functional pistol.
I will provide links to the parts used in the pistol as well as a video on how the jig works to complete the 80% FCU, in case people have not seen one of these types of privately made firearms yet.
https://www.sigsauer.com/configurator/p320 - this links to the Sig website for creating a custom pistol using their FCU. It has good graphics showing how everything fits together.
https://jsdsupply.com/shop/80-p320-compatible-insert-mup-1/ - this links to the JSD Supply 80% FCU
https://jsdsupply.com/shop/jig-for-80-p320-compatible-insert-mup-1/ - this links to the jig for completing the FCU
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cDu65RqmNWc – this links to the JSD YouTube video on how to use the jig to complete the FCU. They also have subsequent videos on how to install the small parts kit and assemble the pistol.
I put together a very brief presentation for our CSI unit, so they will know how to classify these pistols in the future as well, that I will attach.
Hope you find this helpful.

For what it's worth, the videos make it look like a 30 minute job to make.  Definitely harder than a poly 80 Glock, but then again, that is a 5 minute job.
They are on the list of "80%" parts that will no longer be available (from the manufacturer) at the end of August without going through an FFL and having the buyer fill out a 4473.

Agree with Chris 100%

That's why I've seen only one of these versus the hundred plus Polymer80s I've seen.

This video is a more accurate reflection of the process, although his cinematic style is a bit annoying to me.

This info just came in handy for a case, thanks Kirk! We just had a P320 that came in for a serial number restoration (there were light scratches on the control unit where the serial number would be). After my coworker didn't restore anything, I found your presentation and it had the JSD Supply markings on the control panel. So, just something for people to keep in mind since it's not something we see very often.
