AFTE 2024 Poster Submission Form & Deadline/ BYOS

Good Afternoon!
just wanted to give some updates on the AFTE Anchorage Poster Submission process.

The link below will take you to the Poster Submission form/BYOS info on the event website. The deadline has been EXTENDED :clap:  past the April 1st listing for posters. We are asking for a PDF or JPEG version of your poster to be emailed to PostersAFTE2024@gmail.com when completed.  We would like to archive the poster information should it not get published later in the AFTE Journal or another Journal of your choosing.


Poster presentations are a great opportunity for members and students to present if all technical session spots are filled. It is also a perfect setting if you would prefer to present to just a few people at a time.

There is NO DEADLINE for BYOS, however if you know your topic please send your information to the email address OpenMIKEnightAFTE2024@gmail.com. Otherwise, feel free to find "Mike" or myself at the event and we will get you on the list of presenters.
