I was looking at the hotel today and it does not seem to have any availability for Friday May 16.

Hi Everyone. We may be out of rooms for Friday, and unfortunately our booking rep has been out of the office.

Yeah my agency just tried to book my hotel today and they l told them that Thurs night the 15th was sold out...the rest of the week had a few rooms I guess but they couldn't book thru friday. So we'll wait to see what happens with the overflow hotel.

I had the same issue as Omar Felix.  I tried to book, but the Thursday night show "not available.

I'm so sorry for the delay... we work on west coast time.   We should have the contract for the overflow hotel signed this week. The overflow hotel will be honoring the rate of $191/night. Stay tuned for updates.
