I know we've got a lot of runners and walkers in AFTE... so if we added a Guided 5K Run/Walk on Sunday or Monday morning, would there be any interest?

100%!! I'm totally in! Also, I plan on doing my own running around the area during the week so if anyone wants to join me, we can be running buddies.  :)

I'm in for the walk (maybe a quick walk/jog, probably not a run LOL) and would welcome a dog to exercise if anyone local has a spare.

Justine Kreso

I despise running with every fiber of my being so I am interested in a good power walk/wog like Chris

I am with Justine - I despissssseee running but I would def power walk and get some fresh air! I also like Monturo's idea about walking with dogs. I would be great if we could contact a local shelter and take some dogs on a walk!! Great suggestions!

Rebecca Mullen

I'm interested in walking and any events with dogs  ;)

I'm interested in this as well!

I'm interested! I would just use the words "run" as more of a loose term

Aaron Brudenell

I volunteer to follow/chase runners (and dogs) in a golf cart while shouting inspirational quotes and passages from the Iliad or the writings of Friedrich of Nietzsche!

Someone needs to provide the golf cart. . . .

I would walk...probably drag my 12 year old with me which might be very entertaining.

As long as Aaron is quoting the Iliad, I'm in.
