"Inconclusive Opinions - The appropriateness of the inconclusive opinion" has been recorded, uploaded, and available free of charge! It is the third in a series of Firearm Training Shorts inspired by some of my grandson's favorite Pixar shows, Pixar Shorts.

In this Training Short we will be taking a deeper dive into the inconclusive opinion. Such opinions have been the source of some contention in evidentiary hearings, and it is becoming increasingly important to communicate to the court why the inconclusive opinion is both reasonable and essential to prevent miscarriages of justice. We will do this in the context of a discussion of many of the common contentions of critics while shedding some reality on those very points. We will then close with an overview of how the inconclusive opinion should be viewed and handled.

Remember, if you have not already enrolled into the school you will have to do that first before registering for the course. Other training will be coming and if you have requests for training shorts, feel free to comment!
