Toxicology – Forensic Chemist ($44,740 to $60,403 Annually)
Criminalist ($51,958 to $70,137 Annually)
Sr. Criminalist ($63,440 to $85,633 Annually)

Duties:
Forensic Chemist learns to perform lab exams of physical evidence.  Criminalist/Sr. Criminalist perform specialized criminalistics evaluations and analyses of evidence.

Requirements:
Forensic Chemist – Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Biochemistry, Chemistry, Forensic Science or related physical or natural science.  Criminalist – Bachelor's Degree, 4 years experience in crime lab as Forensic Chemist or equivalent.  Sr. Criminalist – Bachelor's Degree,. 7 years experience as Criminalist, 24 semester hours of Chemistry/Toxicology (Toxicology assignment).  Arizona Driver's License by hire date.

Special Requirements:
Successful completion of a background investigation and polygraph examination is required.
