The Houston Police Department is currently accepting applications for two Firearm Examiner trainees.  No experience is necessary...all training will be provided.

The posted salary covers a wide range, but will probably start at ~$40,000 (a rough estimate).  The department offers extra pay for advanced degrees (applicable to field) and certification.
