Unidentified headstamp?

I have been unable to find this 9mm headstamp in any of the literature or in the gallery. Anyone have any info on this one? Thanks.

This is a 9mm casing with the LEW '06 head stamp. It was manufactured by CCI and distributed in two forms. As the M939 tracer brass case, and residual cases from the contract were sold as Independence brand ammo. Specimen shown is a reload as the original had the 82LP plated cup primers. 9mm, it may be CCI used for rocket launcher and some 9mm pistol ammo. I am confirming with them now.

LEW could = Lewiston ID which could = CCI.
