SNEX Headstamp

I have received conformation from a Law Enforcement officer in France the identity of the SNEX Headstamp previously listed on this forum by Charles Clow.
This headstamp was made by Fiocchi or Italy on contract for the Government of Morrocco.

Odd as this investigator has 2 boxes of these headstamps on 9mm cartridges in Fiocchi Boxes. One in a red Fiocci box and the other a plain box with only Fiocchi marked on them.
