Topic: Glock Firing Pin Manufacture

I am doing research on firing pin impressions and am trying to find how Glock manufactures their firing pins. Does anyone know what manufacturing method Glock uses for their firing pin tips? I have had suggestions they are casted (based on examination of a broken tip). ANY information would be extremely helpful.
