We have listed our currently confirmed workshops here:

Please note that several additional workshops and tours are being planned, and the workshop page will be updated as those are confirmed.  Registration for AFTE 2012 is currently scheduled to "go live" on Feb. 15th.

Get those travel authorizations in!

Justine;

Are fees paid for workshops refundable, for instance if training funding fell through?  Our training approvals are a bit iffy at the moment, but if I wait until we have a firm "yes", I'll miss out on the chance to register for most of the workshops!

It states the refund policy regarding workshops and the meeting in general.  This will also be on the registration pages before you pay.  Registration goes live Feb 15!!

Thanks Jay!  And here it is for everyone:

Registration Cancellation
A full refund will be guaranteed if confirmed notification is received on or before June 15, 2012. After that date, refunds will be provided if sufficient funding is available.

Workshop Cancellation
A full refund will be guaranteed if confirmed notification is received on or before June 15, 2012 or if the workshop position is filled and paid by another participant. After that date, refunds will be provided if sufficient funding is available.

Any and all refunds will be made by check. There will be no exceptions. Refunds will be issued following the conclusion of the 2012 Seminar.

That last sentence is the one to pay attention to.  To streamline the flow for registration and to significantly decrease the workload before the seminar, your refund will be given AFTER the seminar.  But yes, you will get a refund.
