Hotel reservations at the Hyatt
« on: March 21, 2012, 03:50:46 PM »
The room blocks at the Hyatt for the weekend nights prior to and after the conference are filling up quickly.  I have requested an increase to the room block for the entire week, however I have not gotten a response from the hotel.  At this point only KING rooms are available for Friday night 6/29.  The hotel will provide one complimentary rollaway bed in KING rooms upon request and based on availability.

If you are already registered for the conference and have not booked your room yet please do so as soon as possible!

Please email me if you have any questions or concerns.

I was able to secure a few more rooms at the Hyatt for the week of the conference.  There are still double and king rooms available Sunday through Thursday nights.  The other nights may be limited to only king rooms.  All of the downtown Buffalo hotels are selling out quickly so it is extremely important to book your rooms if you haven't done so already.

If you have any trouble booking rooms at the Hyatt or had to book a night at rack rate please call Meghan Vavalle at the Hyatt 716-855-4861 or send me an email.

Once the Hyatt is full I do have some overflow options.

I have been able to add a couple of rooms for the week to the Hyatt but there are only a handful left.  There are about 11 king rooms available for Friday night if you are pariticpating in a workshop and need to extend your stay.

In the event that our Hyatt room block is full or they do not have the room type needed, the overflow hotel is a block away.

Comfort Suites - Downtown

When you call, please let them know you are with AFTE.  There are only 10 rooms available 6/22 and 6/23 but about 46 rooms from 6/24-6/28.

As always, please contact me if you have any questions or problems booking a room.
