Condo available in New Mexico for the conference one block from hotel.

A friend of mine was scheduled to go to this years conference in Albuquerque with his wife and at the last minute had to cancel due to a medical issue. 

He had rented a 1 BR luxury condo about 1 1/2 blocks from the hotel. The owner of the condo will not give him a refund. He is looking to find someone who can rent it for the week so he can try to recover some of the losses.

It is a 1 BR 1200 sq ft with full kitchen, wi fi,  living room with large flat screen tv, free private parking.

Cost 115 per night OBO
