INDIANA STATE POLICE
LABORATORY DIVISION
The Indiana State Police Laboratory Division anticipates openings for several full-time analytical positions in the near future. These positions will be as forensic scientists in the following disciplines:
DNA - Indianapolis
Drug Identification – Lowell & Evansville
Firearms – all four laboratories
Latent Prints – Fort Wayne
The starting salary for these positions is $26,692 - $37,648 annually for a Forensic Scientist grade 4-2, depending upon prior forensic science experience.
Indiana State Police laboratories are located at Lowell, IN (the northwest corner of the State), Fort Wayne, IN (the northeast of Indianapolis), Indianapolis, IN (located in the central part of the State), or Evansville, IN (the southwest corner of the State).
