Topic: Hilton Reservations

I know some people have had issues making reservations before/after our room block.  I had a phone conference with the Hilton and Helms Brisco today and I think the issues have been resolved but they asked me to notify everyone that as we get closer to the meeting they will run out of rooms during that time frame.  Long story short if you haven't made reservations and are thinking about coming in early or staying late then do so asap.  If you have problems please email me at AFTE2016@gmail.com.
