I have an economically priced apartment reserved for AFTE 2016 in the Garden District of New Orleans that I am not able to use.  It is a comfortable, fully furnished one bedroom apartment with living room, full bath, full kitchen, WIFI, and more.  It is located 1 block from the St. Charles Ave. streetcar which gives a short 15 minute walk/street car ride to the conference hotel.
The apartment can accommodate 2 people comfortably, but can be stretched to 3 if necessary.

As of today, I have had a few inquires but no takers on the apartment I have available for use during AFTE-New Orleans..

I checked the reviews for the location, the apartment itself, and the person renting it and all were great to excellent.


This would be a great alternative for someone who is self-funding their trip.
