Lorcin LH380 Disassembly Help
« on: March 06, 2018, 12:49:02 PM »
Hello,

I am a firearms examiner at Long Beach PD and received a Lorcin LH380 as evidence. I can't find any references on how to remove the slide from the frame or a schematic for this model. It is missing various parts as well. This model does not field strip like your typical Lorcin L380. It also has a grip safety and an additional take down button below the firing pin guide, see attached photo. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!
- Leanna

Press in on the rectangular button, pull back and up on the slide at the same time.  Should lift right off.

Yes, safety glasses.  That spring from the firing pin can end up far, far away...and travels at a high velocity!!
