Topic: Research Study Participants Needed

 AFTE Members,

My name is Mallory Foran and I work at the Cuyahoga County Regional Forensic Science Laboratory in Cleveland, Ohio.  I am currently attending the ATF National Firearms Examiner Academy, and am in need of examiners to take part in my research project.

Volunteers would receive one test containing 12 packets, with 1 unknown bullet and 2 known bullets in each packet.  Tests would be sent out in early June, and responses need to be turned in by mid-July (exact date to be determined).  Multiple examiners in the same laboratory can use the same test packets, as long as notes and conclusions are not shared.  This opportunity is open to examiners of all experience levels.

Participants would not have to pay for the shipment of the test.  If you have any questions or are interested in being a part of this research, please contact me with your name, laboratory, address, and estimated number of participants.
