Looking for Analytical Report examples

Hello AFTE Friends,
Idaho is currently looking to revamp and reformat our firearms examination reports .  I would like to see the different variety of analytical report layouts used by different agencies.  If you are willing to send me case report examples (with case specific redactions) it would be greatly appreciated.
