2024 Midwest Firearm Training Seminar

The Michigan State Police FSD Firearms Unit is hosting the 2024 Midwest meeting at our Grand Rapids Lab on October 1st and 2nd. Please see the attached flyer.


Day 1 with be all Technical Session and Day 2 will have a few workshops to choose from. We should have the final list of which workshops we are hosting in three weeks.

We are currently soliciting interest for presenters for Day 1 of the seminar. Presenters are volunteers and can cover a wide range of topics including case studies, research projects, emerging technology, etc. Presentations can be as short as 15 minutes and last up to an hour. If you or someone you know is interested in presenting, we would love to see you in Grand Rapids! Please contact me at GrabowskiB@michigan.gov.

If you have registered for the Armorer's Course that will be held on day 2 of the Midwest seminar, you will need to register with the vendor, TeamOne.


Check your email for the link and passcode to register for the class. The email will come from SignUp Genius so check your spam folder to.
