Forensic Science Graduate looking for entry level position

I will be graduating from Eastern Kentucky University on Dec. 20th, 2008 with a BS in Forensic Science and I am currently looking for an entry level job.  The position doesn't have to be in firearms, because I am just basically trying to get my foot in the door.  i would eventually like to move to firearms but I would be willing to take a position in another section.  A job in the Southeast would be preferable, but I am willing to move.  I did an internship last summer at the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation in the Drug Chemistry section.
