The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is currently hiring three (3) full time examiners.

The ATF Forensic Science Laboratory – Washington, located in Ammendale, Maryland, has been allotted one position for either a Band 2 or Band 3 Firearms and Toolmark Examiner.

The ATF Forensic Science Laboratory – San Francisco, located in Walnut Creek, California, has been allotted two positions: one Band 1 and one Band 3 Firearms and Toolmark Examiner. Please note that the posting for the Band 1 position is forthcoming.
