My laboratory is anticipating having an opening for a Firearms Examiner in 2024 and we have begun the process of canvassing for applicants.  See the attached job announcement.

Applicants apply directly to our Director of Operations, but please feel free to send me a message or email if you have any questions about the Firearms Section, our lab, or the Central New York region.  I've been at the lab for 20 years and we have a great Firearms Section with a number of examiners with many years on the job and we look forward to adding a new team member!

Good news everyone!

The sale of AFTE 2024 Merchandise has been extended until April 15th!

You still have time to purchase all items except for the challenge coins. The order for challenge coins was made today. We did however purchase a limited supply of extras that will be sold at the training seminar. Once they are gone . . . they are gone!

Just a reminder that orders will be filled at the training seminar. If you are not able to attend but want the goods . . . find a friend who is going, have them place an order for you, and have them bring your goods to you.
